Self Regulation to Improve Sports Performance

A main attribute of athletic performance is an athlete’s ability to self-regulate. Self-regulation is the athlete’s knowledge of how to calm themselves down through being self-aware and using specific mental skills. Self-regulation has two components I think every athlete can use.
